Our in-house quality assurance team goes above and beyond to ensure that the gifts ordered through our website get delivered in pristine condition, looking exactly as the photograph depicts it.

Firstly, we only work with the finest vendors in Colombo.

Secondly, prior to any order being dispatched, we’re sent a photograph of the product and we ensure it meets our standards––if we feel it doesn’t, we have the vendor alter and change it until it does (we will never send out a product that we would not like to receive ourselves).

Next, our in-house team of drivers sends us an additional video of the product at the point of collection for a final round of quality checking. Those same incredible in-house drivers then carefully deliver the gift to your loved ones in perfect condition.
